Sarah Naco

What I do at Covera: I work with the provider contracting team to help onboard new radiology practices.

Favorite experience in the past year: Having joined recently at the start of November, I've really enjoyed having virtual coffee chats with people. Starting remotely, I was curious what the onboarding process was going to be like, and if I'd be able to 'meet' people that easily. Not only has onboarding been smooth and seamless (shoutout to the contracting team!), but everyone has been so friendly and generous with their time, it's really made me feel welcomed.

Julia Rothman

Best/funniest experience of the past year: When I initially started interning for Covera in June 2020 (unfortunately no in-person experience for me), I was on the same team as Max Rothman and Isabel Rothman! We had our little Rothman team and always joked to Nolan how she was now an honorary Rothman as well. We always got a kick out of it!

Scott Russell

What has been your most significant "silver-lining" of the pandemic?

Quarantine provided me with the chance to comfortably and safely from home work and find a truer gender expression. It was in small things here and there, like polished nails, for example, or in going full Janet from The Good Place on Halloween, that was both fun and freeing from unconscious burdens of masculinity. It's nice to be in a better place from doing a kind of work that wouldn't've been as easily possible otherwise.

What has been your most significant "silver-lining" of the pandemic?

I decided to adopt a more active lifestyle and cleaner diet, and now I feel healthier than I have in years! The low-points of the pandemic actually helped me to emerge better and wiser.

Ishita Daga Where have you spent most of your non-working time during the pandemic?

I have been trying to learn new things each month like playing Ukulele, Chess, Tennis, Baking and a little bit of Traveling.
